The Lost art of posters

locke_posterBack in August, a curious online poster gallery appeared from “Ronie Midfew Arts”. (Can you guess the anagram?) Turns out it’s a viral campaign of fan-designed poster art to celebrate the series finale of Lost. Each of the sixteen posters is revealed through a series of online clues and, I’m guessing, a good old fashioned treasure hunt.

Intrepid souls are then lead to a vanity URL with comic-cryptic names such as icangetyoupeanutputter.com and iamtryingtobuysomejerkeyandaslushy.com, each one featuring a poster.

Anyway, Lost obsessives can purchase signed, limited edition screenprints for $50. Some, like this piece of brilliance, are already sold out. (Copies are probably fetching quite a sum on eBay already.)
