Iraq war film blows up

The Hurt Locker, which I flagged last year as having the potential to utilize the war in Iraq as an effective (ie non-moralizing) setting for good drama, appears to be getting some traction. First some well-received showings at various festivals. Now, Movieline lauds the film for its willingness to let characters undergo a “moral adventure” in the context of war. Hopefully its audience will, too.
